These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of agencysupremacy.io (the “Website”), owned and operated by
GSS consult ApS, a company registered in Denmark with CVR number 40319069, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By accessing or using our Website or services in any way, including purchasing any mentorship plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Services and Mentorship Plans

We provide educational mentorship and consulting services to marketing and advertising agencies. Mentorship plans may include recurring payments, fixed-term agreements, or one-time fees, depending on the specific plan selected.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase, including duration, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Once a mentorship plan or service is purchased, you waive any right to request a refund, regardless of usage, participation, or outcome.

3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a subscription-based mentorship plan:

•You are responsible for cancelling your plan prior to the renewal date.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel on time.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official support channel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

4. Commitment to Longer-Term Plans

Certain mentorship packages may involve longer-term commitments (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months). By enrolling in such a plan, you acknowledge and accept the full term and associated payment obligations, regardless of your continued participation.

5. Payment Enforcement and Legal Recourse

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge:

• You are entering into a legally binding agreement.

• GSS consult ApS reserves the right to collect any unpaid dues through debt collection services or legal proceedings.

• You are responsible for any legal fees, costs, or collection agency fees incurred in the process of recovering outstanding payments.

• In case of any dispute, the exclusive venue shall be Copenhagen, Denmark, and the matter shall be resolved by the City Court in Copenhagen.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on agencysupremacy.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, and digital downloads, is the property of GSS consult ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding your results or success from participating in the mentorship. Your outcomes are dependent on your own actions, efforts, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSS consult ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.
